Terms and Conditions

This page contains the terms and conditions. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering your sign greeting. You should understand that by ordering any of our products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1. The price includes delivery, set up, and removal of the sign greeting.

2. All Greeting Popz greetings are meant to be pleasant surprises. Please remember to notify the homeowner or event planner that they will be receiving the greeting within 24 hours so that they can make arrangements. Homeowners need to turn off their sprinkler systems and notify yard service companies for the duration of the sign greeting if the sign is placed in the yard.

3. PAYMENT Payment is paid at time of booking. Payment information is transmitted over secure SSL encryption and is not stored.

4. CANCELLATION In the event that you need to cancel your order prior to the day of delivery, we reserve the right to refund half of your payment (if it is within the 48 hours prior to event time frame) or you have the option to reschedule for the full value paid. Cancellations after the 48 hour time frame prior to event or made the day of scheduled delivery will not receive a refund.

5. RUSH ORDERS Rush and same-day orders will be accommodated with the following conditions:

o Based on available inventory

o Rush fee

o Orders placed within 24 hours of the requested event day are not guaranteed unless confirmed

o Order will be refunded if location is unable to complete order

6. INCLEMENT WEATHER We will not be able to deliver your Greeting Popz greeting if there is lightning or other hazardous weather conditions that prevent set up and or take down. In the event of prohibitive weather or inclement weather, if we are unable to reschedule the greeting a refund will be honored.

7. REFUND POLICY We will not refund the payment if the homeowner or event planner requests the greeting to be removed once the greeting has been delivered and set up. We will not refund payment for errors that occur on order submission. Greeting Popz reserves the right to politely decline orders that are political, controversial, lewd, disrespectful, or that do not fit the nature of our business. Greeting Popz locations are a family/independently owned and revising requested wording or declining orders is done so at the owner’s discretion. If an order is declined, a full refund will be given.

8. SPRINKLER SYSTEMS Yard greetings are installed using metal stakes inserted into the ground approximately 8” to 10” deep. If you have a sprinkler system, please inform Greeting Popz and at their request please provide any information regarding the type and location of the sprinkler lines. Greeting Popz is not responsible for damage to your system if it is not properly marked and communicated. Signs on stands are not staked into the yard. LED up-lighting is staked into the yard about 4 inches. Signs for indoors are staked on stands.

9. SIGN DAMAGE All signs, stakes and stands remain Greeting Popz property. Any damage, destruction, or tampering with Greeting Popz signs is prohibited. Signs should not be moved without consent from the owner. You are responsible for the replacement cost of the graphic, letter, or stake at full replacement value. Full payment for any signs that are damaged will be enforced.
